At Muse, during each shift you are either a lead or an assist, I would work as both, and during the initial start of my hiring, due to the pandemic occurring around this time, part of my job would be to fill in with kitchen duties as needed, making bar-style food for patrons.Lead Responsibilities• Independently re-creating the "master" to visual accuracy for the session within 48 hours prior to class• Planning out and executing a "lesson plan" for the crowd to follow along in the painting process, theinstructions had to make sense to any level of skillset• Completing the class within a 90 minute time period• Interacting and entertaining the attendeesAssist Responsibilities• Set up for session within a 30 minute timeframe• Creating a light and fun atmosphere in conjunction with the Lead artist• Helping out, serving and attending to any patrons• Restocking anything thats missing before the end of the sessionOther responsibilities are; handling and serving beer and wine, cleaning according to COVID regulations,occasional cooking, maintaining good hygiene and positive decorum
