I am a professional with education, experience, and training in financial services, management consulting, criminal justice, and cybersecurity. I am on a mission to help people plan their financial futures and protect, manage, and grow their business organizations. I am currently the Principal and Managing Director of CERES Financial Group, Inc., a firm I founded in 2001 after joining Royal Alliance Associates, Inc. (now known as Osaic Wealth, Inc) as a financial advisor in 1998. My career started in financial services in 1991 with experience in banking, investments, retirement planning, and insurance. Early in my career I presented over 400 financial seminars and individually counseled thousands of people on retirement planning and investments.For the last 12 years, in addition to helping families plan their financial futures, I have focused on helping businesses and community association leaders manage their organizations efficiently and effectively in the areas of board governance, administration, operations, accounting, information technology and human resources.Most recently, in an effort to help organizations meet the increasing challenges of cybercrime, I completed 400 hours of education and training in cybersecurity at American University.
