I independently converted a manual paper-based manufacturing process into a digital application on the Microsoft Power Apps platform using our ERP as a data source. In addition, I designed all back-end Database table logging and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server which interface with the Power Apps platform, as well as led all testing and implementation in Production operations. Also, I developed an automated open order and purchase order reporting to improve both Distribution and Supply Chain operations.

Since graduating the IS Development Program I noted below I've transitioned into a full-time Systems Analyst role standing up and supporting various JDA Warehouse Management instances which assist in driving operations at both our Distribution Centers and Manufacturing Plants. During my time in this role, I helped support the operational Go-Live of implementing JDA WMS into two Manufacturing Plants. The system helps provide inventory traceability for quality and auditing purposes, as well as operational efficiency by setting up Kanban order templates for delivering materials to the assembly line.Along with this, I helped play a lead role in implementing a new Freight Rate Shopping System which interfaces with the JDA WMS instances running at our Distribution Centers. This system provides freight savings by choosing the most ideal carrier service for shipments based on time, cost, and destination criteria provided by the end customer.

I was a member of Polaris'​ Information Systems Development Program (ISDP). During which I held 4 different roles that exposed me to various technology and IT related responsibilities. Application Service Desk:During my time in this rotation I provided technical assistance and support related to Polaris' business applications and various systems. This included resolving user submitted incidents/requests relating to their Dealer Extranet, CRM, and ERP Systems. I gained valuable time management and prioritizing skills as a result of responding and resolving multiple incidents simultaneously depending on variety of factors (i.e. urgency, impact, areas effected).Application Development:During my time in this rotation I developed data migration packages via SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) in order to support web based applications. I also built development standards and support documentation in order ease on-boarding for new employees.Quality Assurance:During my time in this rotation I used Microsoft's Coded UI automation tool to develop C# based script to process orders through a client-server based Warehouse Management System. I also adapted the above automation to run off Excel spreadsheet inputs, as well as output Excel spreadsheet report in order to identify bugs.Systems Analyst:During my time in this rotation I developed comprehensive test plans to ensure thorough test coverage for new system installs and modifications. I also conducted analysis of system functionality in order to drive business or technical improvements to either add value or reduce manual support time. Lastly, I strove to write clear and concise functional specification docs in order ease comprehension of proposed technical changes to collaborating developers.

I coded financial service applications in Java using the Rational Application Developer IDE. I gained valuable experience working in a collaborative corporate team environment. Lastly, I improved my organization and prioritizing skills by balancing group and individual projects.

I effectively maintained building & grounds by cleaning classrooms, moving furniture, painting, mowing, and other associated responsibilities. Exhibited daily touches bases for transparent communication with co-workers in order to accomplish summer project under time constraints.

I gained leadership experience by planning and directing training sessions for groups of 20-30 youth.
