Manage a division of FELD attorneys. This includes managing FELD attorney legal review processes and priorities to provide timely, accurate, and thorough authoritative legal advice and opinions; and manage training on firearms and explosives laws and regulations to ATF and Department of Justice personnel, and the public.Ensure the Division provides legal advice to ATF personnel, the Department of Justice, and the public under the Gun Control Act, National Firearms Act, Arms Export Control Act, and explosives laws and regulations.
