Mr. Jaffe was part of Deloitte's Strategy and Operations Consulting group serving both Civilian and DoD clients. He has been involved in multiple high profile projects with the Deloitte Monitor Strategy Team. This included acting as the go-to-market lead for the stand up of a multi-million dollar service line within the firm as well as advising the executive board of a large Government organization on the roll out of new legislation.

• Built, developed, and maintained elaborate metric tracking models to determine performance of key business indicators with regards to BearingPoint’s corporate financial performance.• Conducted analysis of tracking models to determine business inefficiencies and presented solutions to upper management.• Performed daily ad-hoc analysis per the request of senior management.• Developed financial forecasting tools capable of multiple earnings scenarios.• Assisted in drafting weekly reports outlining current performance, and made recommendations to our business unit on how to achieve goals set forth by management.• Supported fiscal year budgeting efforts as well as strategic planning efforts.• Lead development efforts to modernize/automate metrics/publication processes.
