Reviewed and drafted technical reports for mine reviews and investigated new mineral processing methods and proprietary processes. Review company reports to benchmark key indicators against other mining operationsAnalyzed proprietary ion-exchange separation process for new cobalt project and new lithium from water oilfield project.

Manage chemical and quality system at the anodizing plant. Develop quality systems and lead projects to improve chemical, wastewater and production processes. Plan preventative maintenance schedules and implement continuous improvement initiatives. ●Responsible for improved colour anodizing process - leading to 105% increase in colour anodizing sales in 2 years with 60% less re-work. Achieved through improved process control and quality inspection changes.●Modified chemical and wastewater process to reduce discharged fluorides to below municipal maximum, while reducing wastewater chemical consumption by 20%●Worked with 3rd party lab to identify problematic coring extrusion defect-leading to projected 36 000 kg less aluminum scrap for extrusion plant in 2021.●Changed plant processes to handle and dispose hazardous solid waste in accordance with Provincial disposal laws●Co-chair of JHSC and responsible for plant 5S
