Senior Manager with over 30 years experience in both General Insurance and Life & Savings products, initially in the UK and then across the Middle East.I have defined, executed and managed the Sales Strategy, mainly in relation to Personal Insurance products, across multiple insurance distribution channels. Over my career, this has included the Direct offering (physical points of sale, call centres and digital purchase funnels), as well as with Insurance Intermediaries and Corporate Partnerships, such as Banks, Car Dealerships and the Travel sector. Latterly, I managed a Retail and Life insurance portfolio of circa USD 100m, built from large Partnerships, and led a multi-national team of around 120 employees in 4 countries.I am a trusted relationship manager who has extensive experience of engaging with Insurance Regulators in the Middle East and navigating regulatory challenges across both business and products. A high-level of personal integrity, work ethic and discipline is supplemented by an all-round knowledge of related insurance matters, including marketing, financial KPI's and resource management. Lastly, I am adept at producing Executive Summaries and very comfortable when presenting to an audience on our strategy and being the anchor for Company employee and client sessions.In late 2021, I took the proactive decision to return to Cornwall to be with family and have since worked as a Management Consultant and now currently with a local Mutual Insurer.
