Helped Ten hit tight deadlines when creating a new website by delivering high volumes of clean copy. Managed and updated their in-house worldwide restaurant database by writing reviews, liaising with clients and using in-house content management system.

Part of the launch team for two new magazines, helped build the brand locally, met with the sales and marketing team to develop a launch strategy, and built a network of local contributors, freelancers and photographers. Wrote, sub-edited and managed page layout for the print publications. Made sure the magazines were welcomed by locals by developing relationships with local businesses, retailers, charities, groups and individuals. Used inCopy and inDesign to create and design magazines.

Editor of HousingNews.co.uk – Was part of the launch team and played a significant role in building the brand and subscription levels until it was the 2nd largest online publication in the social housing sector. Work included managing team of sub-editors, writing, editing and publishing daily newsletters for eight regions, developing strategies for sponsorship and partnership deals, being responsible for subscription and data analytics, and being the face of the company at a number of national industry events. Hosted media training for national companies.Also helped set up sister publication Scottish Construction Now. News Reporter – Sourcing news stories and reporting for national publications including The Scotsman, Daily Mail, The Sun and The Herald along with covering local events for regional papers.

Writer and producer of award-winning short films. His film, I Am Lonely, won an international award (NFB Canada Short Film award at the Cannes Film Festival) following an in-depth social media campaign that saw the short film get coverage in six London papers, The Guardian, celebrity endorsements and over 200,000 YouTube views. Has since been included in anthology film, Zombieworld, which is available to purchase on DVD.He was also in charge of running their blog and has also produced, written and directed a second film for the company, and helped organises its monthly film screenings.

Co-Founder of this award-winning online radio theatre company. He helped write and produce a weekly original play for free download. Using social media and innovative marketing techniques, the site received over 200,000 downloads. Tasks included setting up the web site and managing its content, and organising recordings, local festivals, live shows and regular social events. Won Best Audio at the Fringe Report Awards 2012 and his play ‘Leaving a Legacy’ was named one of the Top 20 Productions of 2012 by Radio Drama Review.
