Manage and maintain all aspects of aircraft maintenance and operations. I do all normal tasks of a Part 91 director maintenance, such as pre and post flights, launches, planning, scheduling, performing maintenance, paper work and log book maintenance. But when we lost our chief pilot in 2020 I began doing those duties as well. Such as maintaining the pool of vendors we use for nav data bases, Honeywell MSP, updating flight manuals, working with and maintaining a pool of viable pilots to fly the aircraft.

Worked with a team to attain a a 145 repair station certificate wrote and audited repair station manuals. Worked hand and hand with the FAA to initiate the process hangar layouts, conformity inspections, safety assurance system portal filling out the ED DCT's. Perform on call line maintenance repairfor various charter outfits such as Net Jets, Flight Options, XO Jet etc. high pressure fast paced AOG repair on various aircraft to include but not limited to Citation 10, excel, sovereign, G 200, GV, GIV, Challenger 300, 350 and Global aircrafts. Trouble shooting and repair on a time sensitive basis in order to keep 135 charter aircraft flying.

Manage and maintain various acft including Falcon 50, Falcon 20, King Air 350, Westwind 1124A, Falcon 900EX, Gulfstream 200. Responsibilities include keeping track and scheduling maintenance working with various vendors and maintenance providers, obtaining quotes for work and for parts procurement ordering parts ensuring accomplishment of maintenance in timely and cost efficient manner. Record keeping and log book management including but not limited to Airworthiness Directive and Service Bulletin research and updating logs as maintenance is performed. Duties also include performing maintenance on acft whether scheduled or unscheduled as required, providing full customer service meeting and greeting clients to ensure they have everything needed ahead of time to ensure a worry free and seamless flight experience

Responsible for performing flight line and hanger maintenance, which encompassed aircraft such as but not limited to GIII, GIV, Citation VII, Hawker 800,850, Falcon 900, Falcon 50 Challenger 300, 1124A Westwind and BAC 1-11. Crew Chief assigned to the Falcon 900, Falcon 50 and BAC 1-11. Crew Chief duties include; planning, scheduling and writing maintenance work packets researching and complying with Airworthiness Directives and Service bulletins. Mechanic duties include launch/recovery, performing maintenance i.e. Pre/ Post-flights, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshoot and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems as required. Also possess the ability to read and intrepid engineering drawings, blueprints and instructions.

Duties: EC-130H Program Depot Maintenance Perform initial inspection of aircraft upon arrival to facility i.e. Engine and APU/GTC runs and preservation, initial weight and balance checks then position in hanger. Hanger duties include being involved in PDM/hanger maintenance including removing the horizontal and vertical stabilizer for structural inspections removal and reinstallation of flight controls, hydraulic packs, struts, wings, fuel cell components, i.e. fuel bladders, plumbing, explosive suppressant foam. Remove and reinstall interiors, perform structural modifications and major wire modifications. Flight line duties include perform all Pre and Post flight operations along with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including trouble shooting all discrepancies pre departure and/or after arrival. Pre and post flight inspections, marshalling, towing, servicing LOX, refuel, defuel, and calendar maintenance.

Performing C checks on MD-80s and C & D checks on 737's encompassing all maintenance throughout phases of C & D checks inspections, component changes and part replacements. Responsible for auditing, parts procurement, and incorporation of the Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins. Performed flight control surface removals and replacement, landing gear, quick engine change or buildups, interior removal and installs. On Flight Line maintenance, engine runs, pressurization decay checks and all final operational checks on C & D check maintenance cards and newly installed components.
