In his time at Plus, over 500 companies raising over £1bn. He joined UnLtd in September 2008 as Director of Ventures, specifically tasked with creating the investment readiness programme and team, to meet the clear requirement for such intermediary support within the social investment market. He co-created UnLtd's successful seed co-investment programme - Big Venture Challenge - in May 2011 with Jo Hill. He was seconded to NESTA to work on thier Big Society Finance Fund and also to support them in their work for the Interim Big Society Capital Investment Committee. He left to become CEO of Social Investment Business in September 2011, one of the UK's largest social investors, investing £400m+ over the previous decade. In his time there, he created a speciliasm in investment readiness programmes, designing the well-regarded Investment and Contract Readiness and Big Potential programmes, generating over £500m for charities and social enterprises.He is also a trustee the Isleworth Blue School Foundation.He is an extremely proud dad of two girls, husband to Heidi and long-suffering Spurs fan.
