As a Court Registrar/Secretary at Sierra Leone Judiciary, I am responsible for scheduling, organizing, and managing court proceedings, records, and documents. I work with judges, lawyers, and other court staff to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the court system. I also provide administrative and clerical support to the court, such as filing, typing, and photocopying.In addition to my current role, I am also a Field and Coordinating Officer at Sierra Leone Youth Leadership Federation, a youth action oriented organization that aims to recruit patriotic leaders. I have been involved in this organization since 2016, and I have contributed to various projects and initiatives related to environmental education, community organizing, community development, and qualitative research. I have also worked as an Enumerator at Timap for Justice, a legal empowerment organization, where I collected and analyzed data on access to justice issues in rural areas.I have a strong academic background in Linguistics/Literature, which I obtained from Njala University in 2016. I have completed my Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the same university, with a focus on public administration and policy. I am currently pursuing a Law Learned Bachelor's degree with honours (LLB). I am interested in learning and applying the skills and knowledge that will enable me to become an effective and ethical public servant and leader. I am motivated by the values of justice, democracy, and social change.
