The company operated tours on behalf of Travelbag Adventures as well as operating its own, bespoke, tailor made tours throughout Tanzania and Zanzibar. As a safari expert, my role entailed everything from selling tours, managing tour logistics,financial management - from tour budgets to annual compliance reporting -, guiding tours, nature advisor (flora, fauna and cultural information), conservation management, growth and sustainability management, etc etc. It was a fantastic period of experiencing Africa and managing a business under very different circumstances to those of the UK. A period of my life that I value beyond words and as anyone knows who has experienced safari, Africa never leaves you.
