CLIENT SITE MANAGER, CONVERGA (MULITPLE CLIENT SITES)The main role of this position is to manage the site portfolio of Converga Service Centers. The responsibilities are mainly spread across the following:Customer Relationship & Satisfactiono Ensure customer satisfaction targets are achieved.o Ensure service delivery achieves all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by completing regular reviews.Operations Managemento Ensure site processes are managed and improved in accordance with the Statement of Work.o Document all incidents, compliments and complaints and have them available for retrieval on request.Financial Managemento Manage and authorize all financial reports required for client and staffHuman Resource Managemento Ensure there are sufficient staff levels on site to perform the required levels of services and that they are all appropriately skilled properly inducted and trained in accordance with Converga and Client requirements. This also includes staffing contingency plans.o Manage the performance of Converga service center team in line with the performance management system and ensure that all employees are compliant with company standards and policies.Safety & Wellbeingo Manage any direct reports that act in an unsafe manner.o Identify and report any issues requiring attention to your Safety & Wellbeing Representative or Safety & Wellbeing Specialist.Continuous Improvemento Adhere to the company’s policies and business rules, ensuring any issues which may affect the delivery of products or services of the company are recorded and investigated.

processing & managing security requests and monitoring on a national level; · coordinate and manage a new starter and leaver process to ensure thorough security procedures are in place; · responding and monitoring alarms that occur at Vodafone sites nationwide; · liaising with external and internal departments for projects (including site audits and site upgrades); · testing hardware and programming on physical access systems to ensure sites function correctly; · enforcing procedures for access to data centres to ensure site security is not compromised; · maintaining and answering app based questions; · agile work training for facilities and events; · assisting with facilities and maintenance within building · external and internal client meetings to ensure SLA’s are met.

I joined Converga at New Zealand Media & Entertainment as a Service Centre Representative in 2016 and was the first choice to fill the Operations Coordinator role when it became available. This role included: · leading, overseeing and training the Converga team at NZME; · maintaining a good working knowledge of customers, departments and facilities; · consistently improving processes to ensure the timely delivery of all incoming and outgoing couriers and stock; · organising, managing and improving the entire NZME pool car system; and · interfacing regularly with a wide range of clients including executives, facilities managers, assistants, courier drivers and all staff across numerous departments.
