I am a Senior Recruiter at Pontoon Solutions, a global HR outsourcing company that specialises in improving an organisation's talent. I have a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise from Staffordshire University, and I have developed strong recruiting and insurance skills through my previous roles as a Senior Insurance Advisor at Freedom Brokers Ltd and an Insurance Advisor at Ageas Group.In my current role, I support the recruitment of direct hires and contingent workers for Pontoon's clients, using various sourcing channels and tools to identify and attract qualified candidates. I also collaborate with the recruitment team and the hiring managers to understand the requirements and expectations of each role, and to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. I am passionate about finding the best talent for Pontoon and its clients, and I am motivated by the opportunity to work with diverse and talented people from different backgrounds and industries.
