I have been working in the digital space from the very early days and have developed 100s of website, mobile sites and digital properties. I have created 100s of e-commerce business globally. I have built and overseen platform builds, operations development and build e-commerce and digital operations big and small. I have worked with people all over the world built teams in multiple countries, with direct reports in countries around the world. I have a wealth of experience working with near shore and off shore partners, integrating a diverse array of on-site and off-site employees. Creating an inclusive team culture that encourages a GSD drive. What drives me is my love of learning and creating. I have been with Estee Lauder Companies for 17+ years and the 2 main reasons is because my day to day is consistently evolving and changing with each new challenge.
