This included the creation and design of new application forms, letter templates, guidance notes for staff and new procedure manuals.• Lead Project Manager on transitioning the allocation function and staff from Enfield Homes (ALMO) back to the Council by way of TUPE, liaising with the Assistant Directors at both the ALMO and the Council, the managers and staff involved, working with the HR teams across both organisations and the Unison representing the staff involved as part of the TUPE transfer. My role further included, the BPR of the Allocation Team’s work pathways in order to streamline existing practices to enable the team to work more efficiently upon its transfer back to the Council.
