Following a three-month work experience with Computer Central, I Remained with them performing repairs and furthering my education. As well as on-site and off-site repairs the store performed remote maintenance and network installation for a number of clients.My position here ended due to the closure of the store.

My initial three months with computer central were part of work experience program with Kerry employability service. I was shown how to document items for repair, general troubleshooting techniques, how to perform certain repairs as well as methods to default to, network installation, end user education and part sourcing. My learning from this experience.
