About Jonathan K Mays

I am a board certified Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist who has expertise in clinical management and surgical intervention during pregnancy. My areas of clinical interest include the management of cervical insufficiency and intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP). In fact, I have the largest prospective cohort of patients managed with ICP by a single provider/institution in the United States. I have dual managerial degrees (MPH,MBA), which give me a unique perspective on healthcare management and policy, quality assurance, healthcare marketing, and medical-legal evaluations. I have also been involved in academics and in the training of residents for the past 20 years. This experience enabled me to have a very production tenure while working with the Sanford-Brown Institute.
