Sparkling Spring Mineral Water Co. was acquired by Nestle Waters North America. Was asked to help with the transition of Accounting to Nestle corporate offices in Connecticut.

Responsibilities included: managing 4 direct reports in accounts payable, payroll and general accounting; financial reporting and analysis, annual budget and forecasts, year end review and annual report compilation, cash management, cost accounting and various sales, use and payroll tax filings. Maintained headcount and operated under budget all 5 years.

Responsible for distribution and warehouse first for our Sauk Village, IL branch (24 employees) and then transferred in October 1995 to run our largest branch in Lake Bluff, IL (65 employees). Was asked by Controller to help straighten out Accounting and transferred back to Accounting Manager.

Managed 12 direct reports in accounts receivable, data entry and accounts payable. Responsible for accurate and timely reporting of all financial reports and month end closings.
