-Assisting with management of client relationships, research, marketing, business decisions and other day-to-day activities.-Conduct vendor billing invoice research.-Calling and following up with vendors, clients, partners, etc. as needed.-Maintain corporate documents / files (centralized system).-Perform administrative tasks to support projects and events.-Preparing conference rooms for meetings.-Track, purchase and manage inventory of office supplies.
