Terminal B Optimization Project- Logan AirportThe Terminal B Optimization Project consolidated American Airlines operations from two locations (Pier A and Pier B) in Terminal B to a single location in Pier B, and improved efficiency in security and airline operation while also providing adequate, convenient facilities to accommodate passengers. The project consisted of 83,800 square feet of new construction and 81,000 square feet of renovated space, all while work operated within an active terminal of passengers traveling to and from the airport.Harvard Science & Engineering Complex (HSEC)The HSEC Building will provide laboratories, classrooms, and related teaching and research facilities for Harvard University’s John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (“SEAS”). This state of the art complex is scheduled to be completed in 2020 and will contain 496,058 square feet of gross floor area, located at 140-156 Western Avenue in Allston, MA. Fan Pier A & B, Vertex PharmaceuticalsThis project included the construction of two new core & shell, laboratory and office buildings at Fan Pier. The total square footage for these two buildings on Boston’s waterfront is approxi-mately 1.5M sq. ft.Fan Pier Building A is 17 stories above grade and contains 5 state-of-the-art laboratory floors, a Vivarium and 7 floors of office space. Fan Pier Building B is also 17 stories above grade contains 5 state-of-the-art laboratory floors, 1 cafeteria floor serving both buildings and 7 floors of office space. The exterior skins are primarily metal panel and glass curtain wall. Interior finishes are at the main lobby, all elevator lobbies, and bathroom core areas. New mechanical systems were also installed. A 3 story underground garage runs beneath both buildings.
