I was responsible for the successful operational functions of a large supermarket. My focus on customer service brought the service attitude of a small bespoke retailer to a large FMCG retailer.

I devised a unique concept to bring fine dining to the masses. I created the initial business plan, sourced the necessary funding and then created a large commercial kitchen capable of producing gourmet food for up to one thousand people daily.I designed a procurement system to reduce the cost of sales by 25%. I created and implemented operational systems, including HR policies and procedures. I monitored and controlled operational performance along with maintaining the necessary financial records.In total I screened, hired and managed over 12 operational staff, along with ensuring all employment legal procedures were met.
