 Diagnosed information technology systems by troubleshooting, keeping up to date, tracked, verified and when applicable updated software and operating systems. Improving overall operation readiness and reducing maintenance technician’s workload by 15%.  Highly experienced in operating Global Combat Support System (GCSS) and Microsoft office products, making templates and shortcuts improving productivity by 40%.  Troubleshot, installed, and repaired various network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, computers, ground satellite equipment, radios, batteries, fiber/ethernet/coax cables, uninterruptible power supplies and modems, which improved the Marine Corps communication readiness and prevented the disposal of recoverable equipment.  Performed pre-inspection of electronic equipment to ensure that the equipment needs actually needs repairs/upgrades resulting in the 100% filtering of unnecessary equipment from being inducted.  Performed quality assurance testing of outgoing electronic equipment to ensure with 100% accuracy that equipment was fully repaired and updated.
