As Loan Operations Manager, I am responsible for ensuring loan production and administration is handled efficiently and accurately. I currently oversee our credit and processing departments and help coordinate these areas with our loan officers and bank management. I provide oversight to the department on sound banking practices, policies and procedures, and regulatory compliance. One of my biggest goals has been to leverage technology to provide more efficient and accurate operations.

Responsible for internal audit and regulatory compliance for United Cumberland Bank. This includes risk assessment, audit planning, advisement to senior management and the board on internal controls and compliance risk. Also responsible for the training and management of other auditors in the bank.
