I work with people to enable greater fullness of vision, and increased fullness of life. Most of my work is 1:1, in coaching or pastoral supervision. Other strands include training and consultancy. Across all these modes, it’s often about growing in awareness, noticing patterns, opening up new perspectives, and choosing between possibilities.My background includes working with careful logic, organisational structure, and human complexity.I’ve worked in computing in London (private sector, 7 years), as a vicar in Northampton (12 years), and as Director of Ministry for the Church of England Diocese of Worcester (training, strategy and support; 8 years).I’ll soon be completing my first book: Fullness of Vision, Fullness of Life: The divided brain, improvisation, and leadership in the church, drawing on the work of Iain McGilchrist (due out mid 2025 from SCM Press).
