The first semester that I worked with Enable I worked with the production engineering team to help in developing the enFuse vial transfer systems production line. I learned a lot about process development, fixture design, engineering statistics, and manufacturing quality in this role. My second semester working with EnableI I was on a production project that was working in association with R&D to develop a piece of equipment that could be used in inspecting the needles that were used in the device. Working on this project I gained valuable skills in creative problem solving, cross functional mediation, and project management. Show less
