As the Director of Facilities for RNO it is my duty to ensure the following for myself and my coworkers. Exhibiting proper communication amongst employees,manager, & RNO.Providing clear and concise communications forexecuted systems and operations via MaintainX.Communicating directly with GMs on facility needs aswell as encourage safety awareness involving facilitiesacross all hourly employees.Participation in walkthroughs at each facility withmanagement every other month to communicate andmaintain standards.Ensuring repairs are performed up to code and up to standards.Recognizing and learning from mistakes, takingappropriate action for preventative maintenance.Showing ability to analyze complex problems and findsolutions.Maintaining quality relationships with all vendors.Providing well planned work order assignments thatpromotes cost effective and efficient services.Measure stewards’ performance by completion bydeadline, proper multitasking, and quality of work.Available to provide communication updates, answerquestions, and advise on tools, parts and equipmentnecessary for upcoming work orders.Strictly oversees facility operations for accidentprevention and initiate improvements as needed.Seeks out opportunities for better organizational set upto make all areas clean, tidy, and efficient.Delegation of regular cleaning needs to both onsitemanagement in addition to vendors to maintain pristinefacilities.
