Jonathan joined the Marine Corps in 1994, where he became a team leader with theSpecial Operations Unit as a Recon Marine. He is a qualified FBI Sniper, Marine ScoutSniper, is Navy scuba trained, and has carried out hostage recovery missions all overthe world, including Russia, Australia, Korea, Japan, and Guam—all with top-secretsecurity clearance.Following his active duty in the Marine Corps, Jonathan became a reserve police officer inOrchard Beach, Maine.
