•Solution Management-Subject Matter Expert for Liquid Hydrocarbons & Bulk Commodities end to end solution-Manage development roadmap based on client requirements and feedback from sales activity-Lead design discussions from business perspective-Author business and functional design documentation-Review and approve all business and functional designs-Indentify and document repeatable solutions-Manage the creation, cataloguing, and distribution of How to Use/How to Configure documentation-Lead knowledge transfer/training initiatives for internal staff-Assist training staff with the creation of courses and training materials-Create, document, and communicate important processes-Present business solutions and new functionality to clients at user conference-Ensure quality management by creating test cases, assisting with the creation of automated test suites, and training QA Analysts-Contribute to quality management with hands on testing and defect reporting for critical issues•Pre-Sales-Assist with sales strategy by identifying low risk target markets based on system gaps and development roadmap-Assist with creation of presentations and other marketing materials for sales-Respond to RFPs-Help prepare demo databases with latest functionality-Advise on best approach to model scenarios for sales demos-Perform system demos for newest functionality-Help the pre sales person demonstrate the value added of the solution in addition to the functionality•Client Services-Lead gap analysis workshops-Work with project manager to create a project plan -Lead design phase for co-development partners-Lead implementations and assist with database configuration and scenario modeling-Assist clients with the design of custom development-Provide training for clients-Assist with user acceptance testing and support for clients after go-live-Contact person for global client services team for questions regarding best practices
