Regular participant in Kaizen events, focused on waste reduction, process improvement, 5s+1, and implementation of six sigma tools.• Devoted to eliminating high-risk ergonomic hazards, while optimizing each work cell for safety.

While working as a mechanical engineer in Flowserve's nuclear order acquisition team, I was able to gain valuable experience in the power industry. My prior duties included studying specifications for safety related nuclear pumps, and selecting the appropriate model of pump for the given application. Through this process, I’ve learned about various subsystems in typical nuclear power plants, and about the world leaders in developing nuclear technology.
