Jon is the founder and CEO at Cure Companies, overseeing innovative ventures including Spring House, Padel United Sports Club, Fat Choy, High Exposure, and Humor Cure. A seasoned expert in real estate, retail and brand development and an active advisor and investor to conscious-minded entrepreneurs and brands in the F&B, wellness, DTC, and education spaces. Jon has incubated and scaled over 10 concepts from ground up to over 70 locations nationally with an overall enterprise value of over $300,000,000. With more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and developer, Jon brings a highly unique perspective to brand development, tactical roll out strategies, and repositioning of real estate assets.Prior to Cure Companies Jon was the Founder and CEO of Flagship a portfolio of 6 concepts with 28 locations in the Tristate area. He also served as co-founder of Bluestone Lane, an Australian-style cafe where he oversaw all aspects of its expansion along with deep involvement in brand creation, strategy and development. Flagship subsequently funded Bluestone Lane’s growth with a $10M investment and scaled the company to 25 locations nationally before selling Flagship’s stake to RSE Ventures at a 3X multiple. The company has since grown to over 70 locations, continuing upon the strong foundation established by the founding team.He also serves as a managing partner of Creative Land Group a real estate development fund active in acquiring and developing properties in and around his home town of Tenafly NJ. He's held multiple roles as an active board member of the YPO Metro NY chapter, including membership chair and most recently Chapter Chair. He's also a founder of the YPO Metro Sangha forum which focuses on consciousness and spirituality amongst business leaders in NYC. Recently he assumed the position of President of the Tenafly Chamber of Commerce, where he’s actively helping guide the transformation of the town and accelerate the development of its downtown while uniting a powerful community of over 15,000 people.
