Leadership Trainer envisions a world where every training is a high-impact, high-engagement, and high-enjoyment experience. We're on a mission to rid the world of boring, yawn-filled, lecture-style slide deck trainings. Leadership Trainer provides train-the-trainer programming and resources to equip trainers with the knowledge and skills to facilitate high-impact training and development experiences, consistently.Too often, leadership training and development fails to live up to its potential in having a marked difference in the level of engagement and performance of organizational team members and program participants. Much of this is because those facilitating the training are ill-prepared. They either do not have the educational background and theoretical knowledge-base, they lack the practical leadership skills to know what good leadership actually looks like, or they lack the facilitation techniques to engage participants in a dynamic leadership learning experience. Or they lack all three!Our flagship experience, the Leadership Trainer Certification Program is a one-of-a-kind, immersive, engaging, hands-on, trainer preparation experience that is guided by five objectives:(1) Prepare participants to effectively and consistently facilitate high-impact, high-engagement, and high-enjoyment trainings rooted in dynamic, culturally relevant, and learning-oriented facilitation techniques - specifically ​hands-on and immersive experiential activities and reflective dialogue;(2) Engage participants in purposeful critical self-reflection and identity exploration;(3) Utilize leadership scholarship to advance participants' own understanding and practice of leadership;(4) Cultivate a community of exception trainers and facilitators.(5) Begin the process of participants becoming Certified Master Trainers
