Combining these insights, I started fresh at DKSH, diving into commercial food service equipment sales.After learning from the experts in this field and putting in my own efforts, here are some of my achievements at DKSH so far:.In 2020, I achieved 95% of the net sales target for the year and brought in 35 new customers for the team..In 2021, I achieved 160% of the net sales target for the year, which is 1.98 times the growth compared to the previous year, and brought in 40 new customers for the team..In 2022, I achieved 156% of the net sales target for the year, which is 1.72 times the growth compared to the previous year..In 2022, I was nominated and won the DKSH Fantree Awards - Taiwan for the Core Value of Entrepreneurship..In April 2022, I was promoted to Sales Supervisor and started leading 2 new sales colleagues in September 2022. In April 2023, I was promoted to Sales Assistant Manager..As of the end of 2023, our team achieved an EBIT performance rate of 125%.
