I have worked in the Research Pilot Brewery and as a project manager for innovations at Anheuser-Busch. In those roles I developed beers for explore projects, value engineering projects and commercial projects. I have also attended brewing and flavor seminars/symposiums and beer festivals. Most recently I’ve transitioned to the Williamsburg brewery at the BPM level. I have completed white belt training, PDCA's, Brewing capstone, and Maintenance capstone.• Developed numerous new beer recipes for full scale release in Innovation, Including Ultra Pure Gold, The Budweiser Reserve Series, and Bud Light Lemonade. • Helped start up new area (Rapid Prototyping) at the Research Pilot Brewery.
