I am passionate about people. I initiate with outsiders and invest in community. My personal and faith driven goal is that people will truly experience the love of God revealed through love for others. In the workplace, I invest in teamwork with coworkers in order to enhance, optimize, and invigorate the work we do.I believe in a simple workplace truth: good company makes work qualitatively better. The quality of the work becomes more efficient, effective, enduring, and— best of all— enjoyable. Good company makes for enduring results.My work experience has taken me to several different countries with ethnically diverse teams. From these experiences, five of the most significant lessons I have learned are as follows: 1) the importance of flexibility when it comes to schedules and adaptability when it comes to workloads; 2) the importance of cultural empathy and the necessary requirement of clear communication; 3) the challenge of team conflicts and how to work out conflict resolution; 4) the reality that lasting results comes from empowering others through leadership development; and finally, 5) my own weaknesses, limitations, and inabilities. Fully aware of my own shortcomings, I know I am a work-in-progress and am therefore self-motivated to grow, learn and pursue excellence in all that I do.
