I undertake all forms of litigation and dispute Resolution specialising in cases involving financial/property disputes, matrimonial finances, defamation and online abuse, disputed estates and criminal injury claims.I have designed and successfully implemented a staged fixed fee schemes for the firm's Housing and Debt Recovery departments. These schemes offer clients clear and transparent information about costs and also allow clients to make an informed choice about what work within the Litigation process they wish us to undertake to further control their budget whilst achieving their goals.I project managed the design and implementation of the firm's new Personal Injury website including the innovative Client Portal, which allows members of the public a 24 hour a day means of passing case information and ask questions about their claims.My divorce and matrimonial finances practice focuses on high net worth or complex cases where my experience of commercial property and business disputes gives my clients a different perspective on family assets and business structures and ensures that assets are accounted for and divided in accordance with the law. My harassment/defamation practice focuses mainly on social media abuse and mainly I represent high profile clients with a public profile (journalists, member of parliament etc.) seeking to protect their image and prevent abuse. I regularly represent both publicly and privately funded clients in the County Court at Summary, Interlocutory and final hearings in all facets of my practice and assist my team with more complex advocacy.
