Equal parts marketer and operations manager for the last 10 years, I have been a key player in Fieldtex’s 275% revenue growth over the last 10 years.As the second generation leader growing up at the family company my career has taken me into nook and cranny at the company. Our business is Equal parts Contract sewing facility and medical supplies distribution business. From my first summers filling first aid kits and inserting snaps in military backpacks on the factory floor. After college I joined the front office and worked in customer service and sales for a few years before learning that we were spending a large amount of money on internet marketing and know one was really managing it day to day. This was my first big opportunity to manage a part of the business. over a few years i cut the marketing spend on Pay per click and shifted money into website redesigns and marketing content creation. Eventually I took over all internet marketing and e-commerce management for the business.In early 2014 I shifted into a larger operations management role at the business getting involved with every major projects the company faces ranging from redesigning pick pack and ship operations to purchasing high tech sewing equipment. Today my time is spent working on building the team and the operations that will continue to grow our business for the next 20-30 year.
