Project Leader within the Fluid Management Technologies division. Leading the development and implementation of a new-gen production line, to manufacture "Pre-Made bags". This machine will be the starting point of nearly all Flexsafe 3D bags, ranging from 50L to 3000L. After being produced, those bags will move to other production lines to become finished goods, ready to go to customers' premises.Project budget: 5-10M€Project team: 15-20 people (internal) Single-use bags are used to gain cycle-time, safety and reduce carbon footprint, where the usual steel tanks need extensive and costly cleaning/sterilization in-between each production step. They are especially used in the pharmaceutical industry/research at every development stage (vaccines, drug development…).Other projects (WP leader): -Lines outsourcing projects (2) => part of the teams setting up the two first production outsourcing for the company. 1st line implemented in <1year.-Development of a new single-use tangential filtration solution => new bag and connections development/industrialization.

ASML makes machines that make chips, using state-of-the-art technologies, at the edge of what is technically possible.Main Deliverable Owner in the Pellicle Installed Baseline project.This project ensures the sustainability of the Pellicle tooling, used at ASML's customersaround the world. The Pellicle is a thin membrane (20x thinner than a soap bubble) which is used to prevent particles from interfering with the EUV laser, while it reflects on themask/reticle, to print the final image on the wafer. In this way, customers avoid any disturbance on the printed wafer.Main tasks:-Ensure the good functioning of the Mask Shop Tooling (used to fix the pellicleto the reticle, before being placed in the scanner) at the customers (KR, TW, US, NL).-Troubleshoot 4th line issues.-Manage new issues, prioritize and distribute them.-Keep track of KPIs.-Report progress to higher management.
