Independently manage the regulatory affairs discipline in Hong Kong via the establishment of a robust regulatory affairs function to support local market sales and new product launches. Responsibilities included overseeing product registrations, license renewals, and product variations. I also coordinated overseas registrations remotely from Hong Kong and maintained consistent global communications to facilitate regulatory tasks in compliance with global and local authority policy.

Contributed to the application, renewal, and execution of the research project titled "Enhancing Swine Health and Productivity in Hong Kong," securing a grant of HKD $15 million for a two-year program funded by the Hong Kong Agriculture, Fisheries, and Conservation Department. Delivered comprehensive local swine disease profiling and submitted corresponding data to the competent authority through research publications. Identified primary constraints affecting local swine farm production with advanced diagnostic interventions, and introduced a pioneering local veterinary pharmacy aimed at enhancing swine health, productivity, animal welfare, food safety, and sustainability.
