Manage financing and funding activities of the repo desk for the firm;Cover all repo trading activities with clients and counterparties;Respect the internal and regulatory limits imposed on the firm, in particular with regard to aggregates and their impact on the financial statements, various sources of financing, credit limits with the counterparties involved in repo transactions and in the use of capital relating to the impact that all repo transactions have on the latter;Monitor impact of fixed income trading desk on the balance sheet of the firm (aggregates, capital use);Optimizing the operation of the repo desk by the use of technology and the creation of computer programs allowing a better efficiency in the collection of market information and the execution of transactions;
