I was the Project Manager for Wave 1 of the highly complex COSMOS manufacturing project. The main objective of the COSMOS project was to integrate and align existing GSK SAP Manufacturing systems and processes into the newly acquired Pfizer sites. Wave 1 focused on integration of the Guayama (Puerto Rico) and Montreal (Canada) sites. I was responsible for ensuring wave 1 was delivered on time, to budget and to the required levels of quality and scope. Key Achievements:- Successfully delivered COSMOS Wave 1 manufacturing against the overall timelines of the project plan despite the challenges of Covid-19. Guayama went live February 2021 and Montreal went live September 2021.- Implemented remote ways of working to ensure the project remained on plan during Covid-19- Delivered a repeatable manufacturing deployment methodology for future Pfizer site deployments- Where possible improved/streamlined existing deliverable templates and processes to support a remote delivery strategy.

My team included two test leads and a number of test analysts (onshore and offshore) across a number of functional work streams to deliver a very demanding test scope for the SI release team. The project successfully went live into production in August 2011 as part of the Centrica yearly release plan.Project: Debt Evolution Programme (Risk Determination & Treatments Projects)Role: SAP Test & Defect LeadDuration: 1+ yearsResponsibilities:Delivery of the SAP IS-U Debt solution to replace legacy debt recouping processes (Credit check & Dunning process). The objective of the programme was to recoup bad debt in a more speedy and efficient way. I was responsible for the offshore test analysts to ensure testing was completed against the user stories within the different sprints for each project.
