Joined the TibetSwap team as a Front-End Developer, requiring me to quickly adapt to the world of Automated Market Makers (AMMs). I took the initiative to thoroughly understand and revamp the existing codebases, ensuring a smooth and successful launch all within a tight 2-week timeline. Currently developing new features, including seamless integration with crypto wallets and enhancing user experience through dynamic data visualization.

Tasked with overseeing the creation of a new ecommerce website, I joined the team after a contracted firm failed to deliver results after 10 months. Through persistent communication and strategic coordination, I successfully resolved the situation, ensuring the development of a website that met our specifications. Here's a summary of my accomplishments:- Liaised with multiple firms sorting issues professionally- Designed a new logo for the company- Merged the sister company website "GB Hay & Straw" with GB Total Equestrian- Designed, developed and deployed a new ecommerce website for GB Total Equestrian from scratch- Managed technical business decisions (e.g. ERP & CRM system migrations)- Designed marketing materials (e.g. Leaflets, signs, vehicle branding)- Digital Marketing & SEO (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Search Console)

- Turbo MT (2023-Present) – A comprehensive bulk import/export tool for the Citrus Lime ecommerce platform (Nextjs, Tailwind, Typescript & MongoDB)- GBTE Internal Portal – A collection of internal tools & APIs to streamline their fast-paced retail environment. Features include a business-critical high-availability auto-print application. (Nextjs, Tailwind, Typescript, MongoDB & Pusher for real-time websocket UI updates)- NorCal Veterinary Services – Developed a modern website to replace their outdated site. Managed the transfer of email system and domain to an alternative host provider.- KB Dog Training – Developed a new website with an integrated booking system. Provided small business and marketing advice. Designed new marketing material to extend brand awareness.

Worked remotely alongside a team of network engineers where I initially deployed network rules and resolved network issues for the client using AWS and a next-generation firewall. After gaining an understanding of the service, I individually found areas in which I could automate that saved the project over 6 figures/year. Here are some key points to summarise:- Identified, designed, and developed a team portal from which members could quickly deploy network rules to hundreds of firewalls using Django and Ansible. This included building out the AWS Development VPC & EC2 instance using networking and Linux knowledge. The portal also centralised many other useful features including lookup tools, integrations with Azure DevOps and efficiency-aiding tools.- Created automated PowerBI reports which I presented regularly to senior management summarising the teams progress on continual service improvements (CSI’s) along with savings and other trends.- Completed firmware upgrades and other network security activities.- Created a program with a GUI which semi-automated a browser to perform repetitive tasks that could not be automated due to security requirements but took up a significant amount of effort for team members.- Reduced the time to implement the most common form of request by ~80% (from 1 hour to 10 minutes).- Acquired Azure & AWS certifications.
