Ground Segment Manager for six MQ-4C Ground Stations and trainers in flight test at Patuxent River, MD to provide the Navy with real time maritime ISR capabilities. Leads a group 25 system administrators, network engineers and Northrop Grumman contractors on daily operations to include, test planning, test execution, test review, maintenance and configuration management of those systems and reports directly to the Deputy Government Flight Test Director and Government Flight Test Director. Coordinates schedule for GCS test usage and maintenance cycles, along with software updates, complete system installations and flights to support and arduous flight test schedule in preparation for delivering the latest and most advanced UAS system to the US Navy.

IT Quality Assurance program manager for the MQ-4C Triton Ground Segment Mission Control Station and Mission Systems Trainer. Subject matter expert in the integration and operation of the Navy’s newest ISR system platform testing and maintaining configuration on a complex TGS system consisting of over 200 different pieces of IT and network equipment (to include HP servers, Dell servers, Cisco Routers and Switches, Isilon Storage and communications equipment), 4 different operating systems and 41 virtual machines on a less than stable software system. Provides 24/7 support and supervises the efforts of 20 system administrators, 4 network engineers and 7 contract FSR’s and technicians. Maintains and monitors configuration and licensing on Cisco 3900 series routers, Cisco IOS 15, NSA Type 1 Encryptors, Windows Server 2008/2012R2, Window 7 and Linux OS systems in accordance with manufactures specifications and Navy Networking standards. Provides guidance on Navy Quality Assurance programs and the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) allowing for a keen understanding of Navy processes and procedures to ensure that contract and government system administrators are following the prescribed procedures for software, hardware, network and configuration changes. Develops and implements quality assurance methods procedures and practices for Triton Ground Station maintenance to comply with the NAMP and assists with the implementation of DoD/DoN/NAVAIR IA policies and procedures to support TTN, TGS, and Patuxent River RDT&E infrastructure and Labs. Supports system administrators, network engineers, security specialist, IT mission support techs and program managers in day-to-day maintenance training reviews, development and operations for the Triton ITT.

Managed and performed daily maintenance, quality inspection, configuration management, integration and implementation of the MQ-9 Reaper (block 1 and 5) and MQ-1 Predator IT systems to include software, hardware, networks and communication systems. Also, supervised and performed daily maintenance on Dual Ground Control Stations IT and network systems, Ground Data Terminals, Common data Link, Ku-SATCOM systems, EOIR systems, SAR systems, IFF and various other systems while deployed to overseas locations. Maintained configuration management on four ground control stations and 25 unmanned aircraft.

Managed, operated, maintained, and repaired Navy Systems Integration Lab (NSIL) systems and automatic/electronic test equipment. Maintained configuration management, development and designed specifications and documentation, on the Triton NSIL while verifying operator/maintenance documentation for testing and flight. Prepared written reports of findings and recommendations. Selected and prepared Triton MQ-4C Mission Control Station items for test, operated test equipment and units under test (UUT), conducted verification/validation and recorded test data within the Navy Systems Integration Lab (NSIL) while identifying deviations and errors resulting from hardware or software malfunctions.

Managed and performed maintenance, quality inspection, configuration management, integration and implementation of the MQ-1 Predator and MQ-9 Reaper avionics, software, hardware, network and electrical systems. Also, supervised six avionics techs and performed maintenance on Ground Control Stations, Ground Data Terminals, Ku-SATCOM systems, EOIR system, and networks while deployed to various overseas locations.
