I have now been working as a training advisor for more than five years doing design, direct training and management of training projects. In addition to my daily tasks in this role, I had the opportunity to broaden my horizons within the Videotron Business department. Among other things, I designed, trained and helped to launch new products. I also ran a co-development program for managers on my own. I have developed these skills through my experience as a training consultant at Videotron, but also as a coach and trainer for Solution & Co., a training firm that specializes mainly in relationship and communication skills. In addition, to perfect my knowledge, I completed a master's degree in communication at the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM) in 2016 during which I won a scholarship by the Federal Scholarship for Research Council in Human Sciences (SSHRC) for my research project on how using our group emotional intelligence to boost productivity.
