Currently, I am:- Implementing the vision of our founders to create real value for insurance agencies using our Sales CRM.- Understanding needs & pains of our customers to create a product that they like and want to use regularly.- Managing projects from conception to launch.- Working with engineers and designers to create simple but innovative solutions to real problems.- Interviewing users on current features, prototypes, and day-to-day struggles within their business & within our app.- Gaining alignment (and gathering feedback) from CX, Sales, & Marketing so we all are involved AND excited about how we're going to help our customers (and future customers!)
