The main goal was to move to a modern React web application. After auditing the application and its impact I determined it was not a good return on investment given the resources available and the limited user-base. Is a result, I upgraded their existing frontend architecture implementing ParsleyJS for form validation, Bootstrap 4 for their component library, and modernized the markup with current best practices and semantic HTML. Furthermore I developed proof of concepts for implementing Web Components as well as custom form-component that parses and organizes data pasted from excel spreadsheets. -
