Project management including scoping, design and implementation of new proposal and tendering processes, including competitor and client profiling, administrative process development, staff training, legal and contractual risk management, delivery risk management, capacity and capability assessment structures, development and management of a tendering team, quality assurance processes and CI processes.

P&L management of major regional leadership training contracts from inception through to delivery, covering design and implementation of all quality, delivery and reporting processes and tools. This has included the development, assessment and management of a pool of 12 training delivery associates, direct management of two full time staff and project management of a further 11 staff. It has also included working collaboratively and sharing best practice with networks of skills providers including HE, FE and private providers. Direct training delivery to more than 150 MD's, Chief Executives and Senior Managers of multi sector companies, focused on design and delivery of skills development in leadership, management and innovation.
