As Deputy Chief of the Business & Securities Fraud Section at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York (EDNY), I supervise a team of more than 25 prosecutors, investigators, and paralegal specialists, in investigating and prosecuting high-profile and complex cases involving securities fraud, commodities fraud, insider trading, market manipulation, investment advisor fraud, wire fraud, healthcare fraud, digital assets and cybercrime, money laundering, and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). I also serve as EDNY’s Healthcare Fraud Coordinator where I supervise all cases related to healthcare fraud, and I previously served as EDNY’s Bankruptcy Fraud Coordinator, Disaster Relief Fraud Coordinator, and Grand Jury Coordinator.
