• Liaised with the operating engineers in various SOXAL plants and Public Utilities Board (PUB) to track each individual plant’s water consumption pattern, ensuring a smooth and timely submission of the PUB’s pilot water efficiency management project (WEMP) reporting• Formulated a calculation methodology using readings obtained from existing meters in the plants and water treatment reports to derived the water consumption pattern for each plant which reduced the number of additional meters required to be installed under the mandatory WEMP, ensuring a minimum plant downtime• Analyzed the data obtained from the steam turbines, which can be operated at different configurations, to propose an optimal scenario for the different configurations, providing the management team additional information for decision making
