- Manage over 700 part-time Game Day Staff to ensure an exceptional fan experience for all events taking place at Lincoln Financial Field.- Collaborate with the Event Operations Team to create and manage 250+ event schedules annually ensuring appropriate staffing levels and staff preparation.- Act as the point of contact for recently hired Game Day Staff employees to ensure a successful and positive onboarding experience; including management of the onboarding logistics, new hire orientation, I-9 verification, new hire documentation and training.- Manage entire recruitment lifecycle for Game Day Staff members, from requisition to acceptance.- Ensure all People data is correct across all systems and maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files for all Game Day Staff.- Communicate performance expectations and ensure employees adhere to all policies and procedures. Address performance issues as needed.- Process employee changes in HRIS (ABI MasterMind, UKG) including hiring, termination, promotions, personal information updates, leaves of absences, etc.- Collaborate with internal departments and service partners to create a cohesive and engaging employee experience.- Develop and administer training programs for 700+ part-time employees annually, online and in-person.- Design, implement, and analyze staff engagement surveys to enhance employee experience. - Build models, utilizing data, to inform management in areas related to staffing, promotion, retention, compensation, etc.- Regularly prepare and provide predictive modeling to support human capital decision-making and budgeting processes.- Process bi-weekly payroll for 900+ employees and coordinate with managers/ employees regarding time discrepancies.- Plan and execute 3-5 employee engagement events annually for up to 3,000 staff members, including Open Houses, Appreciation Days, and the annual Post Season Party.- Manage the 50/50 raffle operation; proceeds benefitting the Eagles Autism Foundation.
